PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Please allow 3-12 days for your order to be processed before being shipped out. Merchandise is shipped from San Diego, CA/Chula Vista, CA.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA)

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class/Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Most domestic orders are received within 1 week of ship date. (Please refer to the USPS website for further shipping details)

Delivery timescales/dates specified for the deliver of merchandise to you, in any order acknowledgement, acceptance or elsewhere are estimates only, and while Sematik Threads® endeavors to meet such timescales or dates, Sematik Threads® does not undertake to dispatch products by a particular date or dates and shall not be liable to you in respect of delays or failure to do so. Merchandise delivery shall be to a valid address to the address submitted by you, and once Sematik Threads® delivers the merchandise to a transportation carrier at the designated shipping point, Sematik Threads®'s liability as to delivery ceases, and the title and risk of loss passes to you.

Sematik Threads® is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment. Please contact [email protected] if you have any questions.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Standard delivery time for international shipping is 3-6 weeks from date shipped, but may take longer. As of now, UPS does not offer delivery confirmation or tracking for international shipments, however, a customs number is available through the customs form. Custom law differs in each country, so in some cases orders may get caught and inspected by customs, which delays delivery. We do not offer refunds for these shipments if they do not arrive or get shipped back to us. We will provide a store credit code to reorder but you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost(s) again.

Sematik Threads® is not responsible for international shipping delays, such as customs delays. International customers hereby acknowledge and agree that merchandise is shipped from the United States and you are solely responsible for any and all applicable import/customs duties, fees and/or taxes (if the package is shipped back because the customs payment was not paid we are not able to refund the incurred fees). We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment. RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final. No refunds accepted, no returns honored. Size exchanges and significantly factory defective items are accepted for exchange within 7 days from which shipment is received. We require that customers notify [email protected] of any problems with merchandise within 48 hours of receipt. Items must be in their original packaging, unworn, in as-new condition with printed receipts. Exchanges are not available for any product after 7 days. All shipping costs resulting from the exchange are the responsibility of the customer.

PAYMENT

The current method of payment on www.sematikthreads.com is through PayPal, thus, Paypal's additional terms and costs may apply. It is your obligation to pay all Federal, State and local taxes associated with the receipt of the goods which you purchase from Sematik Threads®.

SALES TAX

Sales tax is charged to all orders shipping within the state of California.

Sematik Threads® reserves the right, without liability or prior notice to revise, discontinue or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.
